Indicele pan-european Stoxx 600 a înregistrat o scădere de 2,4%, toate marile burse fiind pe roșu. Această tendință negativă a fost observată în rândul majorității sectoarelor economici.

Singurul sector care a reușit să reziste acestui val de pierderi a fost cel de petrol și gaze, care a înregistrat performanțe relativ mai bune în comparație cu restul pieței.
