Încep lucrările la noua sală de evenimente de pe malul lacului Aroneanu

Odată cu creșterea temperaturilor, șantierele din zona Iașului își reiau activitatea, iar una dintre cele mai vizibile mobilizări se înregistrează pe malul lacului Aroneanu. Proiectul, în valoare de aproximativ un milion de euro, pentru sala de evenimente „Allegra” a fost reluat, conform ziaruldeiasi.ro.

👉 Reluarea lucrărilor și detalii despre construcție

Lucrările la noua sală de evenimente au fost repornite, marcând astfel avansarea acestui proiect dezvoltat de compania ieșeană Monactis SRL. După o pauză de iarnă, echipele de muncitori sunt din nou pe teren pentru a finaliza construcția, care va avea o capacitate de 80–100 de persoane.

Clădirea este construită pe un teren concesionat de la Primăria Aroneanu pentru o perioadă de 49 de ani. Investitorii au în vedere să finalizeze construcția la roșu până la sfârșitul anului, cu speranța că vor depăși principalele provocări, cum ar fi accesul la electricitate.

Proiectul „Allegra” apare într-un context favorabil pentru Aroneanu, zonă care atrage tot mai multe investiții în sectorul HoReCa. Peisajul lacului și apropierea de Iași creează oportunități pentru restaurante, săli de evenimente și viitoare proiecte hoteliere.

Monactis SRL, cu o experiență de 18 ani în domeniul traducerilor, își diversifică portofoliul prin această nouă investiție în ospitalitate. Autorizația de construire pentru sala de evenimente a fost emisă pe 29 august 2025, iar lucrările au început pe 11 septembrie, având termen de finalizare stabilit pentru septembrie 2027.
