One United Properties plănuiește un proiect imobiliar în Iași, pe fosta platformă Iasitex

Dezvoltatorul imobiliar One United Properties, companie listată la Bursa de Valori București, examinează oportunitatea de a lansa un nou proiect în Iași, pe o porțiune din fosta platformă industrială Iasitex. Conform ziaruldeiasi.ro, acest plan ar putea include și Evergent Investments, un investitor activ pe piața locală de capital.

Deocamdată, suprafața terenului din zona Primăverii și tipul precis de dezvoltare nu au fost dezvăluite.
