Finalizarea legăturii rutiere rapide dintre București și Pașcani este considerată un moment crucial pentru dezvoltarea economică a regiunii Moldova. Conform ziaruldeiasi.ro, investitorii locali așteaptă o creștere a turismului și efecte pozitive asupra exporturilor și serviciilor, grație autostrăzii A7, care ar urma să fie finalizată până la sfârșitul anului.

Proiectul a beneficiat în ultimii ani de sprijinul mediului asociativ și al reprezentanților businessului local.

Statistica arată că municipiul Iași are 91 de structuri de cazare, dintre care 31 sunt hoteluri. Totuși, în 2024, orașul a înregistrat o scădere a fluxului de turiști, cu aproximativ 367.000 de persoane cazate, comparativ cu peste 400.000 în anul anterior.

Antreprenorii subliniază că impactul autostrăzii nu se va limita doar la turism; dezvoltarea infrastructurii va sprijini comerțul și exporturile, având în vedere continuarea proiectului A8, care va completa rețeaua de legături rapide din zonă.

Mai mult, se preconizează că vor fi stabilite conexiuni rutiere între Pașcani și Iași, asigurând acces direct la A7. Această integrare va putea accelera investițiile și va contribui la creșterea nivelului de trai în întreaga regiune a Moldovei.
