Antibiotice demarează un nou proiect strategic pentru cercetare și producție

În 2026, compania Antibiotice își extinde perspectivele prin lansarea proiectului “Centru de cercetare-dezvoltare INOVA a+ și producție medicamente critice”. Acesta are rolul de a întări poziția Antibiotice în cercetarea și inovarea farmaceutică la nivel european, conform ziaruldeiasi.ro.

👉 Investiții semnificative pentru dezvoltare

Proiectul include o investiție de 75 milioane euro, finanțată prin Programul Sănătate – Prioritatea 9, contract semnat în noiembrie 2025 între Antibiotice S.A. și Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene (MIPE). Termenul de finalizare este stabilit pentru anul 2029, iar componenta de cercetare va fi reprezentată de noul centru care va fi construit pe platforma industrială din Iași.

Centrul INOVA a+ va crea 125 de locuri de muncă înalte specializate, având laboratoare moderne pentru a facilita transferul de tehnologie avansată în România. Proiectul va aborda noi direcții de cercetare, inclusiv dezvoltarea de produse biosimilare și sinteza sustenabilă a substanțelor active.

👉 Producție modernă și implicare în evenimente strategice europene

Pe lângă cercetare, proiectul STEP vizează și construirea unei capacități moderne de producție pentru medicamente critice, în special pulberi sterile injectabile. Astfel, Antibiotice intenționează să producă anual 100 milioane de flacoane, asigurând necesarul pentru spitalele din România și sistemele de sănătate europene.

În perioada 3–5 martie, Antibiotice participă la Forumul Grupului BEI, un eveniment important ce reunește lideri politici și de afaceri pentru a discuta despre teme actuale precum securitatea și tehnologia. Această participare subliniază angajamentul companiei de a contribui activ la obiectivele strategice europene pentru sănătate și capacități industriale.
