Activele fondurilor de pensii private au crescut cu 34% în 2025

La finalul lunii decembrie 2025, activele totale ale fondurilor de pensii private au atins 209,03 miliarde lei, înregistrând o creștere semnificativă de 34% față de aceeași perioadă a anului anterior, conform Autorității de Supraveghere Financiară (ASF), raportat de Agerpres. Această evoluție se datorează contribuțiilor constante ale participanților și performanței investiționale, într-un mediu economic volatil.

Fondurile de pensii administrate privat din Pilonul II au acumulat active de 201,6 miliarde lei, reflectând o creștere de 34% față de 2024. De asemenea, fondurile de pensii facultative, Pilonul III, au ajuns la o valoare totală de 7,42 miliarde lei, evidențiind interesul crescând pentru economisirea suplimentară și responsabilitatea financiară individuală, conform ASF.

Potrivit datelor oferite, activele totale ale sistemului de pensii private reprezintă aproximativ 11% din PIB, consolidând rolul său ca investitor instituțional major și sursă de finanțare pentru economia reală.

👉 Participarea la fonduri și structura investițională a activelor

La sfârșitul anului 2025, numărul total al participanților a ajuns la 9,46 milioane, comparativ cu 9,12 milioane în 2024. Dintre aceștia, 8,46 milioane sunt implicați în Pilonul II, iar aproape un milion în Pilonul III. Structura investițională a fondurilor rămâne prudentă, cu 69% din portofolii destinate instrumentelor cu venit fix și 26% în investiții în acțiuni, asigurând un echilibru între siguranță și randamente, notează ASF.

„Creșterea semnificativă a activelor, extinderea numărului de participanți și menținerea unei structuri investiționale echilibrate indică maturizarea sistemului de pensii private și o bună capacitate a acestuia de a genera randamente sustenabile pentru participanți,” se menționează în comunicat.
