Joachim Nagel, președintele Bundesbank, îngrijorat de activelor Trezoreriei SUA

Joachim Nagel, președintele Bancii centrale a Germaniei (Bundesbank), a exprimat recent îngrijorări cu privire la incertitudinile legate de activelor Trezoreriei Statelor Unite. Această situație vine în contextul crizei generate de taxele comerciale impuse în timpul mandatului președintelui Donald Trump. Nagel a avertizat asupra riscurilor de "turbulente" pe piețele financiare internaționale.

Prezent în Statele Unite pentru reuniunile Fondului Monetar Internațional (FMI) și ale Băncii Mondiale (BM), Nagel a subliniat importanța unei piețe solide a activelor Trezoreriei americane pentru întreaga economie globală. Într-un interviu acordat grupului media Bloomberg, potrivit ziaruldeiasi.ro, el a spus: "Nu este o veste bună că există multe dubii asupra statutului sigur al Trezoreriei SUA."

De asemenea, el a adăugat că, în această perioadă de incertitudine, investitorii au început să se orienteze spre obligațiunile germane, ceea ce reflectă o preocupare crescută față de stabilitatea economică pe plan mondial. "Avem nevoie de o piață a Trezoreriei SUA care să fie puternică. Acest lucru este important pentru piețele financiare globale," a concluzionat el.
