Heineken plănuiește să reducă personalul cu 7% în următorii doi ani

Producătorul olandez de bere Heineken anunță o reducere a forței de muncă de până la 7% în următoarele 24 de luni, ca parte a unei strategii de creștere a eficienței prin implementarea inteligenței artificiale. Decizia vine după un an 2025 cu vânzări slabe, conform CNBC, preluat de news.ro.

Heineken, al doilea mare producător de bere la nivel mondial, a raportat o scădere de 2,4% a volumelor totale de bere, în ciuda unei creșteri de 4,4% a profitului operațional ajustat. Compania deține patru fabrici în România, situate în Miercurea Ciuc, Craiova, Constanța și Târgu Mureș, și estimează o creștere a profitului operațional între 2% și 6% pentru anul 2026.

În plus, Heineken planifică reducerea a 5.000–6.000 de posturi. Acțiunile companiei au avut un avans de 3,4% în urma anunțului, acumulând o creștere de aproape 7% de la începutul anului.

Directorul general Dolf van den Brink a afirmat că rezultatele reflectă „condiții de piață dificile”, dar o performanță echilibrată. El a subliniat că aceste tăieri de costuri fac parte din strategia EverGreen 2030, prin care Heineken își propune economii de 400–500 milioane de euro anual.

Aproape 3.000 de roluri se vor muta în divizia de servicii interne, unde digitalizarea și AI vor juca un rol esențial în creșterea productivității. Van den Brink va părăsi funcția în luna mai, compania fiind în căutarea unui succesor. Această tendință de disponibilizări legate de AI se observă și în alte companii la nivel global.
