Fosta moară din Podu Iloaiei devine patiserie LUCA

Clădirea fostei mori din orașul Podu Iloaiei, care a fost asociată în trecut cu brandul ARCA al familiei președintelui CJ Iași, Costel Alexe, a fost recent preluată de lanțul de patiserii LUCA. Această modificare subliniază o schimbare în utilizarea activului, în timp ce proprietarul continuă să dezvolte proiecte comerciale și preconizează transformarea turnului fostei mori într-un hotel.

Unitatea LUCA a fost deschisă recent în centrul comercial dezvoltat de Gabriel Ungurianu la Podu Iloaiei, un complex cu o suprafață de aproximativ 10.000 de metri pătrați. Aici, clienții găsesc deja magazine precum Penny, Pepco și, în curând, un magazin Sinsay. Construcția, care a avut la bază o funcțiune industrială, va continua să sprijine activitățile comerciale din zonă.

Conform celor raportate de Gabriel Ungurianu, proprietarul centrului, turnul fostei mori va fi transformat într-un hotel cu 42 de camere, având deja autorizație de construire. Imobilul cu demisol, parter și șase etaje va dispune de aproximativ 2.000 mp utili.

Potrivit surselor de pe piață, Ungurianu ar putea vinde centrul comercial din Podu Iloaiei pentru aproximativ 6,5 milioane de euro, fondurile urmând a fi reinvestite în proiectele de la Târgu Frumos. Aceste proiecte includ Belvia Residence, care va cuprinde 70 de apartamente și spații comerciale.

Lanțul de patiserii LUCA, operat de Tinervis Group SRL, a raportat o cifră de afaceri de 617,1 milioane de lei pentru 2024 și numără peste 180 de unități proprii. Comparativ, cifra de afaceri a LUCA depășește suma totală a celor 137 de firme active din Podu Iloaiei, arată datele Camerei de Comerț și Industrie Iași.
