Fortus SA din Iași, radiată din Registrul Comerțului după doi ani de inactivitate

Fortus SA, fostul Combinat de Utilaj Greu din Iași, a fost radiat oficial din Registrul Comerțului pe 11 decembrie 2025, semnând astfel sfârșitul unei perioade de aproape două decenii de inactivitate. Potrivit ziaruldeiasi.ro, compania a trecut printr-un proces de insolvență și faliment, iar soarta arhivelor este acum o preocupare importantă pentru foștii angajați.

👉 Destinația activelor și arhivelor companiei

Activele funcționale ale Fortus SA au fost preluate de Autoritatea pentru Administrarea Activelor Statului (AAAS), în timp ce arhiva companiei a fost predată către Arhiva Center SRL. Foștii angajați pot astfel solicita adeverințe și documente necesare pentru pensie sau vechime.

Falimentul Fortus SA a fost pronunțat în 2021, însă activitatea industrială a încetat încă din 2015. Lichidarea a fost gestionată de Mureș Insolvency SPRL, care a valorificat activele colosului industrial „pe bucăți” pentru a acoperi datoriile, dar majoritatea creanțelor nu au fost recuperate integral.

👉 Reguli de arhivare și accesibilitate

Radierea firmei înseamnă că aceasta nu mai există ca entitate juridică, dar documentele de arhivă și actele angajaților rămân valabile. Conform legislației românești, documentele referitoare la contractele de muncă trebuie păstrate pentru perioade determinate, în funcție de tipul documentului.

După radierea companiei, arhiva trebuie predată unei firme autorizate, asigurând păstrarea și accesibilitatea documentelor în caz de nevoie. Acest lucru garantează dovezi ale perioadelor lucrate, vechimea în muncă și drepturile la pensie pentru foștii angajați, precum și informații necesare în eventuale controale fiscale.
