Fabrica Lactis revine în licitație pentru a doua oară, cu preț de pornire de 38,4 milioane lei

Fabrica Lactis, emblemă a industriei ieșene, este din nou scoasă la vânzare, după ce prima licitație din ianuarie a eșuat fără nicio ofertă. Activul este disponibil pentru 38,4 milioane de lei, conform unei anunțuri recente a lichidatorului judiciar OMEGA S.P.R.L., informează ziaruldeiasi.ro.

👉 Detalii despre noua licitație publică

Noua licitație publică va avea loc pe 10 martie 2026, începând cu ora 09:00, la locația fostei fabrici, situată pe bulevardul Metalurgiei nr. 8. Pachetul scos la vânzare include clădiri administrative, spații de producție, magazii, bazine, posturi electrice și un teren de peste 16.000 mp, având un potențial considerabil pentru reconversie.

Condițiile de participare rămân neschimbate: taxa de înscriere este de 200 lei + TVA, garanția este 10% + TVA din prețul de pornire, iar documentația necesară participării costă 5000 lei + TVA și poate fi achiziționată online de pe site-ul www.omega-sprl.ro. Toate actele trebuie depuse până la 5 martie 2026, ora 10:00.

👉 Importanța și potențialul activului pe piața imobiliară

Fabrica Lactis, cunoscută ca fiind prima unitate din România care a ambalat laptele în pungi de plastic, rămâne un activ important în sectorul imobiliar industrial. Vânzarea este liberă de sarcini, conform Legii 85/2006, ceea ce o face atractivă pentru investitorii interesați de dezvoltarea industrială sau proiecte de reconversie urbană.

Cu toate acestea, rămâne de văzut dacă această a doua încercare de vânzare va aduce un cumpărător dispus să valorifice această oportunitate, mai ales după ce prima licitație din 20 ianuarie s-a încheiat fără ofertanți.
