Bucureștiul rămâne lider în salariile absolvenților de automatică

Bucureștiul continuă să fie centrul salarizării pentru absolvenții de automatică și calculatoare, cu o competiție crescândă între marile centre universitare din România. Conform datelor furnizate de zf.ro și platforma angajabilitate.uefiscdi.ro, coordonată de UEFISCDI în colaborare cu Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, tinerii ingineri din Capitală au salarii cu mult superioare colegilor din alte orașe.

👉 Salarii competitive în Capitală

La un an după finalizarea studiilor, un inginer din domeniul Automatică și Informatică aplicată câștigă, în medie, peste 12.800 de lei net lunar în București. Această sumă depășește cu până la 3.500 de lei salariile colegilor săi din orașe precum Iași.

Această diferență evidențiază nu doar avantajele pieței de muncă din Capitală, dar și posibilitățile variate de angajare oferite de companiile prezente în zonă.

👉 Competiția între centrele universitare naționale

Pe măsură ce marile centre universitare din țară își dezvoltă programele de formare, competiția pentru tinerii ingineri devine tot mai acerbă. Universitățile din Timișoara, Cluj și Iași își îmbunătățesc constant oferta educațională și relațiile cu mediul de afaceri pentru a atrage și reține talente.

Acest trend sugerează că, deși Bucureștiul încă domină în privința salariilor, alte orașe pot oferi condiții atractive și oportunități în creștere pentru absolvenți.
